Colorado Deck and Framing is pleased to now offer steel deck frame systems! All of our
steel frames designs are reviewed and approved by a licensed structural engineer, and built with hot dipped galvanized steel joists for a long lasting worry free frame.
We are a licensed and insured
class E general contractor with a two million dollar general
liability policy. We also carry full workmans compensation for all employees. For security reasons we do
not post actual copies of our license and insurance.
But we are happy to supply a copy for you
when you contact us for a quote.

The most important thing for homeowners to know is that the permitting process is set up to protect the homeowner. If you hire a contractor that does not have the proper license & insurance they may try
to skip the permit process or ask you to obtain the permit. Please do not do this as it will transfer ALL liability to the homeowner.
In El Paso County a contractor cannot obtain a permit without proper licensing and proper insurance coverage.
